I Just don’t understand sometime,,,,when people go cheap on a oil service,,,,this is a good example,,,E90 customer complaining about belt noise,,,,opened front hood and noticed oil filter cap leaking,,,,noticed oil cap wasn’t even tight,,,,,so oil was running out and leaking onto the drive belt,,,,,,I removed the oil filter and noticed cheap oil filter that just broke apart,,,,,replaced the oil filter and cleaned the front of the engine,,,,and topped off oil for the customer,,,they probably won’t learn there lesson.
