Once you pop the wood trim panel,,,it still doesn’t want to come of,,,,this little metal tab,,,has to be pushed up with a plastic bone tool,,,to release the wood trim

Now once you release that metal spring tab,,,,now on the other end you have this plastic elbow tab,,,,that you have to slide the wood trim inward to remove from the door panel,,,,,this job you need to be careful and be patience,,,,,because the boss doesn’t like to hear you broke a wood trim piece on a customers car.
