Here’s a picture of the I3 battery tray,,,,noticed how it comes down all in one piece,,,,the reason we had to drop the battery tray was because of a check engine light was on,,,,the fault was a high battery temp,,,,,we had to find which battery has a high temp issue.

Great – so was this similar to the X5 cooling problem? Did you use diagnostics to find the faulty cells? How old was the battery / miles? I guess Rex? Tx

No this isn’t the same as the x5 cooling,,,,,,,the car was about a year old,,,,,and you have to use a special meter to check each battery cell
